Placing Orders

All orders will be reviewed prior to shipment. Gill North America, Inc reserves the right to make modifications to an order if shipping and/or payment options are incorrectly selected at checkout. 

Examples include:

• Selecting the wrong shipping tier or selecting free shipping when a dealer does not have their own shipping account. In this case, the order will be adjusted to reflect the correct shipping cost.
• Shipping rates are shown in USD. For Canadian orders, the shipping charges will be adjusted to reflect CAD.
• Selecting Credit Terms as the payment method when no established credit is on file. Payment will need to be collected prior to shipping if not already paid for on the B2B checkout page.
